INDEMNITY BOND

Do hereby firmly bind our selves unto M/s._____________________________________

And its other branch or branches to which the employee may here after be promoted or transferred or appointed for the safe custody and proper account of money, currency, securities, papers, documents, receipts books, ledger and also property and goods of the employer subject to its supervision and check.

The employee Mr. ________________________________ shall during this continuance of his service with his employer, in the original place of employment or any other place as result of promotion or transfer shall keep and maintain or cause to maintain safe custody and property account of money, currency, securities, paper, documents, receipts books, ledger and also property and goods of the employer subject to its supervision and check.

In alternative the said (1) Sri.____________________________________________________ and (2) ________________________________are sureties shall keep the employer indemnities against each and every injury caused to its by reason of any act, omission, default commission or error and charges and expenses and cost that have been incurred by the employer for any act, omission, default, commission or error on the part of the employer.

Not withstanding anything stated above it is hereby mutually agreed and declared by all the parties that none of the two sureties (1) ____________________________________________ (2) _______________________________ shall be at liberty to terminate their surety ship under this bond except with prior notice to employer writing of their intention to do so.

In any event and without prejudice to the right of the employer to seek redresssal of any claims already arisen, this bond shall continue to be and remain in force in respect of any act, omission, default, commission or error till date or expiration of the period of notice.
